Cancellation Policy

Standard Cancellation policy:  You MUST provide 2 business day notice of cancellation.

Grooming

There is a non refundable $37 cancellation fee for any grooming appointment for the following reasons:  

no show

forgotten 

   cancelled with out 2 business day notice given

This fees must be paid at cancellation time. No other appointments will be make and any future reaccuring  appointments may be cancelled. You will be put on an appointment to appointment schedule no reaccuruing appointment will be scheduled.

Boarding Standard stays

There is a non refundable $37 cancellation fee for standard boarding reservations.

If you did not give a 2 day business day notice following are the non-refundable fees: 

1 day before cancellations:  $50 cancellation fee

day of cancellation fee: 1/2 the scheduled boarding stay amount

If you cancel a boarding reservation the day you were scheduled to dropping off or the office calls you to confirm your reservation and you cancel the non refundable cancellation fee is 1/2 the total of the boarding reservations stay.

Holiday Stay Cancellations

2 business day notice:  you are responsible for 1/3 of your total boarding stay amount (2/3 of amount refunded)

1 business day notice: you are responsible for 1/2 of your total boarding stay amount (1/2 of amount refunded) 

Day of scheduled drop off:  You are responsible for the full boarding stay amount ( nothing refunded) 

Holiday Stays 

You must reserve the full weekend for any holiday stay if that holiday falls on a  Friday, Saturday, or Monday 

Holiday's that fall on Mondays or Holidays that include a weekend you are required to book the full weekend. There are no Saturday or Sunday pickups on a holiday weekend unless you agree to pay for the full holiday weekend.  If your stay includes a holiday that falls during your stay on a Saturday, Sunday, or Monday, you are required to book the full holiday weekend. You can pick up earlier however you will be charged for the full holiday weekend stay. 

Example you request a stay 8/31   to 9/3 

Your stay will actually be from 8/31 to 9/6 due to Labor day falling on that weekend. 

Refund Policy 

Any refund given will have the non refundable cancellation fee and processing fee subtracted from the original deposit.

For Cancelation or adjusting scheduled reservations a 2 business day notification is needed 

Greater than 48HR (2 business day ) notification refund would approximately be: Deposit amount minus cancellation and processing fees.  

EX:$105.23 total boarding prepayment ($104.00 +$5.20)

Refund: $63.03 ($105.23-$37.00-$5.20)

Holiday Boarding, Spring Break Boarding, Winter Break Boarding, and Peak Season Boarding refund as follows:

MUST HAVE 2 BUSINESS DAY NOTIIFICATION TO RECIEVE A REFUND. IF LESS THAT 2 BUSINESS DAY NOTIFICATION IS GIVEN NO REFUND WILL BE GIVEN

EX:$105.23 Total boarding prepayment 

2 Business day notice for cancellation refund as follows  Refund: $63.03 ($105.23-$37.00-$5.20)

Less than 2 business day notice for cancellation you forfeit your deposit in full.
