12/23/2022 Currently we are NOT taking new Grooming Clients. We can put you on our waiting list.  However this does not by any means mean we can or will get your pet in for a grooming.  If you are a current client and have not been in for grooming in the last 6 months you will be considered as a NEW client and can request to go on our waiting list. Please call the office if you have questions. We will update our page if this changes. Sorry for any inconvenience this causes.

Before we are able to schedule any boarding OR grooming appointments we require all new and existing clients to fill out the Client Form linked below, and send over updated vaccination requirements from your local vet.

 How to find us

Turn East off of Hwy 14 on to  Weiler Dr.  You will turn East (away from the airport) between John Deere and Weiler. We are located just before the curve across from the DOT building.

NEED A BOARDING OR GROOMING APPOINTMENT FOR YOUR FUR BABY CALL PET HAVEN; YOUR BOARDING AND GROOMING HEADQUARTERS TODAY AT 641-842-7414

If you are in need of boarding or grooming please give us a call. We will email you our client information form for you to fill out and return to us at  records@pethavenpets.com. This form is also located on our Forms tab. We are working on a fillable form.

Please have your Veterinarian Office forward the following to our office as soon as possible

1) A veterinarian Signed Rabies certificate

2) A Current Distemper Parvo Vaccine

3) A Current Bordetella Vaccine(kennel cough)

4) A negative fecal (must be recently done & current during your pets stay, we require a negative fecal every 6 months for boarding.)

This will help us get your information and records in our system prior to your appointment. Thank you

Normal Business days are Monday, Wednesday Thursday and Friday    8am to 5pm

Monday 8am to 5pm 

Tuesday*** Boarding-by appointment only at 8am OR 5pm 

Tuesdays No Grooming 

Wednesday 8am to 5pm

Thursday 8am to 5pm

Friday 8am to 5pm

Saturday*** Boarding-by appointment only at 8 am or 5 pm- boarding drop offs/pick ups by appointment only 

Saturdays Closed for Grooming NOT A NORMAL BUSINESS DAY 

WE ARE NOT IN THE OFFICE ALL DAY ON SATURDAYS.

***We offer a 5 pm pick up only on Sundays for an extra charge on top of the normal boarding fees. This appointment does need to be made in advance at your time of booking if [possible. Again this pick up option has an additional charge.

***Pick up at 5 pm on a Sunday before a holiday however you will be charged for Sunday, the holiday, and the Sunday pick up fee.

We Strongly encourage you to have your pet on some type of flea product. Fleas are a part of nature. We do routinely spray but can not guarantee that your dog will be protected.
